Pharmacy Flow Design

The Pharmacy Flow Design has been gaining traction as it helps with inventory control and the customer has a very enjoyable experience.  They enter in the same manner as the bank but in this model, they are encouraged to explore the sales floor.  While encouraging exploration a budtender will meet with the customer and through a digital shopping cart, will assist with placing the order for the customer.  After this interaction between the customer and budtender, the order will be sent to the fulfillment center in the back.  The customer will then go to the pickup window and review the final order.  The customer will leave the same way he came in.
