Retail Flow Design

The Retail Flow Design acquires its shopping experience from the idea of the true open retail space with a digital twist.  The customer enters the establishment, provides proper ID per local requirements, and then can wonder freely giving full access to all items on display. Typically, these areas will consist of displays of the various accessories associated with the industry.  The products displayed are typically “dummy packaging” for security reasons. All products are stored out of site and in a secure room typically located in the middle of the building / space.

In this design, like the Pharmacy Flow Design, budtenders will canvas the room helping the customer one on one.  The budtenders will be well versed in all products and will be able to answer any questions and to help make purchases via the digital shopping cart. Once the order is placed the personal budtender will go retrieve the products and complete the transaction.  By having a personal budtender, the shopping experience is interactive, fun and educational.

As much fun and beneficiary to the customer, the owner should understand that this type of operation will require the largest number of employees.  A large staff does give the opportunity to a various skilled position.
